When placing your order, you can choose between retrieving your items or having them delivered.

Retrieve

As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation including the order information and order number. To retrieve your order, please make an appointment with our customer service (+32 (0) 11 78 93 09).

All our products are in stock unless specified otherwise on the website. We will prepare your order so that you can pick it up 24 hours following the order, at the following address:

Pick-up hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 12 noon and from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Delivery

If you have selected to have your order delivered, you will receive an email immediately after ordering, with the order information and order number.

As soon as the exact delivery date is known, you will receive a new email message indicating the delivery date. If you cannot be present but still wish to have the order delivered on that date, you must ensure that there will be sufficient space for the physical delivery of the merchandise. The products ordered are unloaded from the street or from your driveway. If our driver cannot unload because the location is not accessible or there is not enough space to leave the products, they will be taken back. In that case, you will have to pay transport costs again. Once the merchandise has been unloaded, Gardibo is no longer responsible for it.
