You can return a delivered item within 14 days of receipt, without justification. By doing so, you cancel the purchase of that item. Gardibo will reimburse the full amount paid for the products within 30 days. If the order was delivered by us, we will only take into account the transport costs paid by you. If we have to pick up the items ourselves, we will charge the same transport costs as for the original delivery. If you return the items yourself, you have of course nothing to pay.
If the product shows defects or was damaged during transport, you have a choice between a reimbursement of the item (including transport costs) and the replacement of the item within 30 days (or as soon as the item becomes available again).
If you have not returned the delivered items within 14 days to Gardibo, or if you have not notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, the sales agreement is final. It is your responsibility to show that you have used your right to return in due time.
A product can never be returned in the following cases:
- The product is not a standard product and was made or modified especially for you
- The product is damaged
- The product is no longer complete
- The product has already been used by you

We only deliver products that have been thoroughly tested and approved by us. Therefore, we offer extensive warranty terms. In the event the purchased product shows defects within the warranty period, that are not due to external causes or normal wear and tear, the product shall be exchanged free of charge. If the product is no longer in stock, we will reimburse the purchase price.
